Read moreMum was admitted to Primley House in early March 2019 following a month in hospital where she celebrated her 95th birthday. Unable to return to Supported Living, I looked at three care homes and fortunately there was a room available in Primley House. Mum is physically feeling her age but mentally alert and does not suffer from Dementia. I am now retired but designed and implemented a scheme in Hampshire for the care of the elderly during my career. This won a Health and Social Services national award, I mention this as it makes me a somewhat discriminating Service User. I have found the quality of care at Primley House excellent and the respectful and helpful attitude of the Management has a cascade effect on the overall care provided. I have recommended Primley House to various friends and am comfortable about putting this review in the public domain. The care of our vulnerable elderly matters and this is a residential home where they are getting it right. Jean D
My mother-in-law has recently gone to live in Primley House and we have been very happy with how quickly she has settled in. We attribute this to the very kind staff and the friendliness offered at the home. She likes the food, the gardens and her room. We are very pleased. Ian M
After my father passed away my mother was not able to care for herself. We all felt concerned with moving her into a 'home'. However, I can honestly say this has been a revelation - Primley House is wonderful starting at the top management down to all the staff, it is friendly, caring, lovely gardens, good housekeeping and good food. I cannot think of a negative and as a family, we are very happy with every aspect of the care. I can recommend it highly enough. Sylvia R
My family would like to thank the staff at Primley House for the ongoing care they provide, the home is always very clean and smells nice, the food is excellent and served in a very nice dining room, there are also daily activities organised. Thanks again to all the excellent staff. Maureen W
Thank you so much to a wonderful team at Primley House. Your care, compassion, kindness and dedication to each and every resident is amazing. I cannot think of anywhere better for my Mum to have stayed for her respite. The food is brilliant, it is spotlessly clean and the room my Mum stayed in was lovely and welcoming. You have such a wonderful atmosphere both inside and outside and the attention to detail is spot on. Thank you, each and every one of you. Jo K
